Today marks 100 years since ANZAC soldiers landed at Gallopoli and began a a very hard campaign in World War One. Many soldiers from both sides lost their lives.
Our Field of Remembrance at the front of our school grounds and our school service yesterday honours their memory.

ReplyDeleteThank you for leaving a comment on our class page in Taranaki - we really appreciate the feedback and great to hear from you. We did the same sorts of things that your class did for ANZAC Day and it was a powerful time for our students and remembering the past. We created a field of Remembrance at our school too which was a powerful visual.
