Fire Station Visit - C'mon Guys get Fire Wise!
We went to our local fire station today to learn about how to be fire wise. Mike the fire fighter taught us about 'get down, get low, get out'. He also said that it is very important to stay out and if possible to call 111 for emergency fire services. We got given a booklet that has different activities to complete, including a map so that we can plan our escape route in our own house if there was a fire. ReplyDeleteWhen room 1 and 2 went to the Tokomaru Fire Station we went in a smoke room. It filled up with smoke. We had to crawl on our hands and knees.
